  • Are there any limits to usage?
    There is no limit to how much data you can use. All our plans offer  unlimited downloading and uploading.
  • What is an IP address?
    Every computer that communicates over the internet is assigned an IP address that uniquely identifies the device and distinguishes it from other computers on the network.
  • What is the difference between a static and dynamic IP address?
    A static IP address is a number that is assigned to a computer by an Internet Service Provider to be its permanent address on the Internet. Dynamic IP addressing, or DHCP, provides a different IP address each time you connect to the Internet. Dynamic addresses are kept in a pool and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wireless Service

  • Is the service as reliable as cable or DSL?
    Yes. With PioneerWireless, you’ll enjoy a reliable and secure connection. In general, the weather does not affect it but no equipment can withstand a lightning strike!
  • Can all my devices (computer, tablet, phone, etc.) be online at the same time?
    Using a router or wireless router, multiple users can be online at the same time.
  • How does PioneerWireless connect wirelessly?
    PioneerWireless uses state-of-the-art wireless technology to transmit signals to and from your equipment on secured channels. Your connection is always reliable and secure.
  • What issues could impact my ability to receive PioneerWireless signals?
    You must be within the PioneerWireless service area to receive our signal. It is possible to be within the coverage area but not be able to receive a signal due to unusual geography or because of an obstuction like trees. However, there are ways around obstructions and through trees, so we are constantly expanding and improving our coverage to reach you!
  • What equipment am I responsible for?
    You are responsible to provide a router and a surge protector or any other device that prevents electrical spikes from damaging equipment. Should your equipment be damaged due to the lack of a protecting device, you will be responsible for the replacement of the equiment. Otherwise, we will replace it for free.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy discloses our privacy practices and how we utilize the information you share with PioneerWireless.

We are the sole owners of the information collected from you. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization without your prior approval.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Security Measures

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.  Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
