Support

Please call 819-455-1100 and select line 2 for detailed information if you are experiencing an outage.

If your internet does not work, verify the following:

  1. Make sure your equipment is plugged in and powered. Sometimes, cables become loose or the switch on the power bar gets turned off by children or pets.
  2. If your equipment is plugged in correctly and you still don’t have internet, unplug the power supply for your outdoor unit for 10 seconds. If you have a wireless router, unplug it also. After 10 seconds, plug in both devices. If service is not restored after 5 minutes, call the office (819-455-1100, line 2 for support).
  3. Advanced diagnostics: Frequently, we find that routers are no longer functioning properly while our network is running fine. To diagnose this situation, we recommend that our customers bypass their wifi router by removing the cable that goes from the back of their router to the LAN port of the outdoor unit power supply. Plug this cable  directly into the laptop, computer or ethernet-capable device to check if internet is available. If it is, then your wifi router is defective and needs to be replaced. We recommend the following brands.
    • Linksys
    • Cisco
    • Asus
    • Apple
